1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your access to and use of BCHC Donor (the "Game"), operated by BCHC Donor and published at https://bchcdonor.org. Using the Game means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility
The Game is meant for users who are 18 years of age or older and is offered for entertainment purposes only. By using the Game you confirm that you meet that age requirement.
3. Nature of the service
BCHC Donor is a free casual arcade simulation of a claw cabinet with a rescue theme. Coins, rescues and everything held in your rescue log are entirely virtual and:
- hold no monetary value;
- cannot be purchased;
- cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, or anything of real-world value.
The Game involves no deposits, no withdrawals, no wagering, and no gambling of any kind. It offers no real-money play and awards no prize of real-world value.
4. Not a medical service
The rescue theme is styling for an arcade game. The Game provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, accepts no donations, and is not affiliated with any hospital, clinic, charity or healthcare provider. Nothing on this website should be relied on for any health-related decision.
5. No real-money transactions
The Game is free of charge. No purchase is required to play, and the Game contains no real-money transactions of any kind.
6. No account and local storage
The Game needs no account and no registration. Progress is saved locally in your own browser via localStorage. Clearing your browser's site data erases that progress, and we have no way to restore it.
7. Acceptable use
Use the Game only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not interfere with or disrupt the Game, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the service or infringe the rights of others.
8. Intellectual property
Everything in the Game — its design, graphics, code, and the "BCHC Donor" name — belongs to BCHC Donor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or build derivative works from the Game without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BCHC Donor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and contact
