1. Who we are
Birchcove operates at bchcdonor.org as a free social casino. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility

3. User accounts
A free account is required to access the demo games. Browsing the catalogue does not need one, but launching a title does.
- Registration is free and always will be. We do not request payment details at signup or at any later point.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register with and for keeping your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your own login credentials. We cannot retrieve or reset a forgotten password on your behalf.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, shared or transferred.
- You may stop using your account at any time. Clearing the data your account is kept in removes it permanently and we cannot restore it.
4. Virtual credits
Virtual credits are a free progress feature of this social casino platform. Credits are awarded only for free activity on the platform, such as daily check-ins, time spent playing demo games, achievements, and account tier progression.
Credits cannot be purchased. There is no way to buy credits, and we never request payment details. Credits cannot be sold, traded, transferred to another account, withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of value. Credits cannot be wagered — all games run in free demo mode only.
Credits exist solely to unlock cosmetic profile items and to track your progress.

5. Demo games
All games are loaded from their provider in free demo mode. Game outcomes are produced by the provider, not by Birchcove, and neither your balance nor your tier influences them. Demo games pay nothing, because there is nothing to pay.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, automate play, or misrepresent the platform as a gambling service. We may close an account that does.
7. Availability
The site is provided as it stands. Demo games are third-party embeds and may be unavailable from time to time for reasons outside our control.
